All products are manufactured at our facility in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, UK. Product specifications may vary and are subject to availability.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Value Added Tax (VAT): VAT will be added to all applicable orders at the current UK rate where required by law.
Payment Terms: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and PayPal (for orders under £500). For larger orders, credit facilities may be available subject to approval. Payment is due as specified in your order confirmation.
Credit Accounts: Credit terms are subject to status and may require a credit check. We reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time.
UK Delivery: We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using standard and express delivery services. Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
International Delivery: We ship internationally to many countries. International delivery times and charges vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lead Times: Standard orders typically despatch within 5-10 working days. Custom and bespoke orders may require 2-4 weeks. Urgent orders may incur additional charges.
Risk & Title: Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods remains with us until full payment is received.
We specialise in manufacturing bespoke brushes to your exact specifications. By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

We offer brush refurbishment and repair services. By submitting brushes for refurbishment:
We cannot guarantee exact restoration to original specifications. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered.
Warranty: All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Returns: Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Custom and bespoke products are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty Goods: If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange collection and replacement or refund at our discretion. Please retain all packaging until the matter is resolved.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Customer-provided designs and specifications remain the property of the customer. By providing designs, you grant us a licence to use them solely for fulfilling your order.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes: We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may refer to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
