By accessing and using this website (hiltonbrushes.co.uk) and placing an order with Hilton's Industrial Brushes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and merchants. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

We manufacture and supply a wide range of industrial brushes including but not limited to:

• Oven Band Rollers, Conveyor Brushes, Bakery Brushes
• Strip Brushes (Coil, Straight, Right Angle, Spiral Wound)
• Treatment Brushes (Weir & Launder, Clarifier, Channel, Hedgehog)
• Specialist Brushes (Stenter, Wire, Anti-static, Floor Scrubbers)
• Custom and bespoke brushes to customer specifications

All products are manufactured at our facility in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, UK. Product specifications may vary and are subject to availability.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Value Added Tax (VAT): VAT will be added to all applicable orders at the current UK rate where required by law.

Payment Terms: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and PayPal (for orders under £500). For larger orders, credit facilities may be available subject to approval. Payment is due as specified in your order confirmation.

Credit Accounts: Credit terms are subject to status and may require a credit check. We reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time.

UK Delivery: We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using standard and express delivery services. Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

International Delivery: We ship internationally to many countries. International delivery times and charges vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lead Times: Standard orders typically despatch within 5-10 working days. Custom and bespoke orders may require 2-4 weeks. Urgent orders may incur additional charges.

Risk & Title: Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods remains with us until full payment is received.

We specialise in manufacturing bespoke brushes to your exact specifications. By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

• All specifications provided are accurate and complete
• You have the right to use any designs, trademarks, or specifications provided
• Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty
• Production begins upon receipt of payment or order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that we deem inappropriate or that may infringe third-party rights.

We offer brush refurbishment and repair services. By submitting brushes for refurbishment:

• You confirm you are the rightful owner of the brushes
• Refurbishment includes bristle replacement and frame restoration where applicable
• Estimated costs will be provided before work commences
• Turnaround time for refurbishment is typically 5-15 working days

We cannot guarantee exact restoration to original specifications. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered.

Warranty: All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Returns: Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Custom and bespoke products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty Goods: If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange collection and replacement or refund at our discretion. Please retain all packaging until the matter is resolved.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as follows:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question
• We are not liable for losses arising from delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control
• We are not liable for third-party claims arising from your use of our products

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of consumer rights.

All intellectual property rights in our products, designs, branding, website content, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Hilton's Industrial Brushes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Customer-provided designs and specifications remain the property of the customer. By providing designs, you grant us a licence to use them solely for fulfilling your order.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes: We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may refer to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
