We offer complete custom brush manufacturing including bespoke sizes, shapes, materials, and mounting configurations. Whether you need a single prototype or thousands of brushes, we can create exactly what you need. Share your specifications and we'll provide a detailed quote.

Our refurbishment service extends brush life by replacing worn bristles, re-covering shafts, and restoring performance. Send us your worn brushes and we'll assess whether refurbishment is viable. This is often more cost-effective than full replacement, especially for large or specialized brushes.

Refurbish when: Frame is good, you need quick turnaround, or original spec works well.

Standard custom brushes take 5-10 working days. Complex bespoke orders may take 2-4 weeks. Custom wire brushes and specialized configurations typically require additional time. We'll confirm delivery timescales with your quote.

Urgent orders can often be accommodated - contact us early to discuss expedited production.

Yes! We produce brushes for other brushmakers and OEM customers nationally and internationally. Our UK manufacturing facility can handle projects of any scale while maintaining the highest quality standards. We can manufacture under your brand or as a white-label service.

Yes! We can often provide samples for testing before you commit to a full order. This helps ensure the brush meets your exact requirements - dimensions, bristle type, and performance. Contact us to discuss your needs - we're happy to send samples where possible.

All our brushes come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This doesn't cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear. If you receive faulty goods, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange replacement or refund.
