1. Send us your worn brush with photos and specifications. 2. We assess the condition and provide a quote. 3. Upon approval, we strip the old bristles, inspect the core, and replace the bristles with new material. 4. Quality check and despatch back to you. Typical turnaround is 5-10 working days.

Refurbishment may not be suitable if: the core is damaged (bent, corroded, cracked), the mounting hardware is worn beyond repair, the brush has been refurbished multiple times already, or the core is made from a material that can't be reused. Yes, refurbished brushes come with our standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the new bristle work but does not cover damage to the refurbished core if pre-existing issues were present at time of refurbishment (we'll advise you of any such issues before proceeding).
