We use three main manufacturing processes: Pitch Setting (traditional hot-melt method where bristles are set in pitch and baked, creating exceptional durability), Staple-Set (modern anchor-tack technique for high-volume production), and Spiral Winding (continuous coil production for long-run strip brushes). Each process is selected based on the specific brush requirements.

Pitch setting is our traditional manufacturing method where bristles are arranged in a metal holder and set in a special pitch mixture, then baked at high temperature. This creates an incredibly strong bond that withstands heavy use, temperature extremes, and continuous flexing. Pitch-set brushes outlast mass-produced alternatives, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications.
