Measurement Guide

How to Measure Your Brush

Getting accurate measurements ensures your replacement brush fits perfectly. Here's what to measure:

Overall Length

Measure the total length from end to end, including any mounting hardware.

Core Diameter

Measure the diameter of the brush core or shaft where bristles are attached.

Bristle Length

Measure from the core to the tip of the bristles when in working position.

Bristle Material

Note the type of bristle - natural fibre, synthetic, wire, or specialty material.

Pro Tip

When in doubt, send us a photo of your existing brush next to a ruler. Our experts can often determine all the specifications from a good photograph. Not sure what to measure? Just send us what you have and we'll guide you through it.
